Creating an inclusive community
Coffs Harbour Neighbourhood Centre (CHNC) is a project of Volunteering Coffs Harbour Inc. We provide services and supports to the whole community while prioritising individuals and groups who are disadvantaged, vulnerable and/or marginalised. CHNC is co-located in the Coffs Harbour Community Village with other community services.
This co-location of services close to the centre of town makes us easily accessible for service users and convenient to liaise and network with other services.
Working together
Coffs Harbour Neighbourhood Centre provides information, assistance and support to connect community members with the range of services they are eligible for, both here at Coffs Harbour Neighbourhood Centre and those in the wider community.
Coffs Harbour Neighbourhood Centre works to build community wellbeing and strength by supporting community connectedness and offering a non-judgemental, inclusive, safe space and fostering a sense of community interaction, spirit and belonging.
We work to contribute to, and be part of, a community that works together for reconciliation, fairness, justice, acceptance and inclusion for all.

We are always in need of something, whether it be blankets, tents, swags, personal hygiene products, non perishable food or something else.
Programs
We are proud that our services have continued throughout COVID to support our community. We continue to adapt services and introduce new ones to meet the needs of our diverse community.
Our Vision
Our vision is an inclusive community where all people are valued and connected. We strive to provide a stable foundation from which strong community programs and services can flourish.
Acknowledgement of Country
Coffs Harbour Neighbourhood Centre acknowledges the traditional custodians of this land, the Gumbaynggirr people and pays respect to their Elders, past and present.
