About Us

Meet the team

The fabulous team at Coffs Harbour Neighbourhood Centre includes our band of highly skilled volunteers who support 8 staff. Without our amazing volunteers, our service would not be able to provide the array of services and supports that we offer to support our community.

Our service is supported by over 100 volunteers, across an array of roles. Volunteers provide front desk services; volunteer matching; administrative support; project assistance; tax help; mentoring for our learning club students; legal advice; Oz harvest food support; support with group programs such as Voice Up Australia and governance responsibilities of the board.

Our staff members provide management and co-ordination to keep the doors of the centre open and our programs running. Anna coordinates the full range of services across our Neighbourhood Centre hub, while Tamara coordinates the Community Visitors program. Everyone in the team, both volunteers and staff, is proud of the broad range of activities and services we are able to provide to the Coffs Harbour community.

We acknowledge the time, skills, commitment, and effort our volunteers contribute freely each week to build and strengthen their community, which is always with a smile.

Our Board

Our services and governance are overseen by a board of 8 members. The board are volunteers who provide a broad mix of skills and experience from across community service areas and organisational management.
