Coffs Harbour Neighbourhood Centre providing fun for families

Families of all ages have been enjoying Coffs Harbour Neighbourhood Centre’s FREE fun school holidays activity programs. Activities kicked off with Rock painting. “Families across NSW are getting involved in NSW Rocks.

It combines fun, creativity and enjoying nature for all ages.

You make them and hide them in spaces for others to find- just a wonderful way to spread joy in the community” said Ellen Taylor, school holidays facilitator at Coffs Harbour Neighbourhood Centre. The Lovell’s were one family that joined in the activities this week. They created rocks with a range of unique shapes and designs, hiding some throughout the Community Village and taking others to a range of locations across Coffs Harbour!

School holiday program were held January 12-20 the and were designed to provide an opportunity for families to connect. Activities included arts, crafts, cooking and games. Making use of the weather and welcoming outdoor space in community village where we could was a bonus.

Coffs Harbour Neighbourhood Centre offers a range programs and supports for local families. To see a list of services and programs visit www.chnc.com.au or pop in for a brochure.
